I've used Fleet suppositories for years and the design of this product yields same results. They are a fast, safe, comfortable method of stimulating a BM with no side effects that too much fiber or laxatives have. Given they are a generic, I would expect them to be a little more discounted though. To the person swallowing them, they are a suppository for down below (they don't let you actually use the correct term here)! Also, they may not actually yield a BM if you are very constipated (sometimes just help expell gas). Sometimes I need to use them two or three times if I didn't get enough fiber, very bloated, nervous, or taking medications. If after a couple of times I don't feel better, I go to an enema or liquid suppository.

These are effective and are not inconvenient or messy alike enemas. They can be taken easily with you, when traveling. The nice thing about them is unlike laxatives, they work in about fifteen minutes. They are not harsh lalike some laxatives, are made of glycerin and do not contain salt.
