Even though it is a generic form of Claritin, there is something in Claritin (such as a dye or something?) that I cannot take. Claritin, as well as others such as zyrtec, cause severe migraines for me. I get an allergy shot once a week, but still have certain times of the year that are too overwhelming for my shot. I tried this product, not even realizing it was a generic claritin. I would have never tried it had I paid attention to what it was. I have never had a problem. I recently ran out and tried another generic loratadine and went into the same migraines that claritin cause me. You can't even come close to comparing the price to Claritin. Hope they never get rid of it!! It's helped me so much!
