These drops work so much faster and for longer than the sprays. Sprays don't get to where I need them. These drops do. They're the only thing that works when I have a sinus infection and get so stuffed up I can't breathe. The price isn't too bad either at Drugstore.com at [$]. They're higher in regular stores around here.

[@] quit selling their store brand which was basically the same as this one. Clears your nose immediately and you really can breathe easily for quit some time. They seem to run out of this so you better order more than one because once you can finally breathe again you'll want to stay that way.
I have used the ingredience in this product for over 30 years, because of a doctors recommendation for severe sinus problems. I was told that this formula would not erode the delicate sinus tissues as the one I had been using (Dristan), which was harming the tissues of my nose. He also told me that it would work as well as the perscription fromulas and would not cost as much, since I needed it at times, year round, for chronic Sinusitus. I only find it necessary to use if only if i really need it. It is not habit forming, neither does it cause the "rebound effect" ! It never has caused any type damage to my nasal area. I have yearly check ups, and it never has harmed me !!
Have used it a few times and true to the reviews the effect lasted all night. It does caution against continued use due to rebound effect so I try to use it with a day or two inbetween. Am also going to try alternating between this and something with a totally different ingredient, hoping to avoid the rebound effect alltogether when I need to use something every night.
I have tried a lot of sinus sprays or mists, none have worked as well as these drops. I don't use them all the time, just during allergy season. Cheaper and most effective,only one to buy!
Suffering from seasonal allergies, I find this product is excellent in opening up nasal passages before I go to bed, allowing me to breathe for a good night's sleep.
