I have unpredictable and often extreme urgency due to a medical condition. I used this product occasionally for about a year. Initially, I was satisfied as my needs were light to moderate leaking and this brand is one of the least expensive.

However, over several months, my needs became more frequent and heavy, often resulting in complete or near complete incontinence early in the morning before or as I was attempting to get out of bed. I have a relatively small bladder capacity for an adult female, but this product would not hold most of it, even though I was supposedly using the correct size. The product, bedding,protective layers, and clothes were invariably flooded, including the top of the product and the bottom of clothes near the waistband. This means that not only was the product not absorbing adequately, but urine was pooling backwards! Other brands that I tried are not perfect either, but, in my experience, they are better than this one.

I don't consider the labeling of this product for "overnight" to be accurate if it cannot offer reasonable protection for a full "overnight" bladder when the person is lying down.

I am a very budget conscious person, but in this situation, saving money was clearly not an advantage. Unfortunately, I will have to purchase much more expensive brands to find the ones that work best for me.

Other brands are going to the men/women designs. The new women's cut does not fit my mother well. This unisex design does. The "Leak-Guard" really works!

the maker of the product is the key- this same product can be found under other brand names--when wal-mart carried this product it was also a budget item. The better known brands are not near as effective.
