Natural Laxative for Relief of Constipation

Ask a doctor before use if you have:  abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel movements that persists over a period of 2 weeks.

When using this product do not use for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.

Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children.  In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Produces bowel movement generally in 6 to 12 hours

Taken preferably at bedtime:

Adults and children 12 years and over:  2 tablets once a day (maximum: 4 tablets twice a day); not to exceed 8 tablets in a day.

Children 6 years to under 12 years:  1 tablet once a day (maximum: 2 tablets twice a day); not to exceed 4 tablets in a day.

Children 2 years to under 6 years:  1/2 tablet once a day (maximum: 1 tablet twice a day); not to exceed 2 tablets in a day.

Children under 2 years:  consult a doctor.

Store at controlled room temperature 15° to 30° C (59° to 86° F)
