Okay so i just purchased my first retinol product and i must say i was nervous given reviews on retinol products but thankfully roc has a sensitive formula which was great to start with. It did not burn or irritate my eyes which was nice and it seems to be brightening my face. so far so good - im happy with purchase and look forward to a bigger difference as time goes on. I say its a great product and would recommend it to a new retinol user or any user that needs sensitive attention.

I was disappointed with this product. Maybe over long-term use it really works on wrinkles, but the short-term issues will prevent me from finding out.

Firstly, it STINGS like crazy. I can't believe this is the *sensitive* formula! The stinging does go away after a little while. But secondly, it doesn't absorb. If I touch the area around my eyes ~1 hr after applying, the cream rubs off in little clumps. I don't think I could possibly wear make-up over this.

I won't buy again.

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

This sits on the surface of my skin and doesn't sink in and leaves a tacky residue no matter how little I use. Difficult to wear makeup over the top. I only use it at night. It seems to work well and doesn't burn my skin unless I've been overzealous when removing eye makeup and my skin is already tender.

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

Perhaps I should go down to using this product every other day. I was just hoping that since it was labeled for "sensitive" skin that it would be OK for daily use. The bummer is that since it dries out my skin, my eyes look older and my eye makeup looks chalky. I can't tell if it's making any improvement with my under eye wrinkles yet due to the dry skin. There is a strong burning feeling on my skin about 30 seconds after application.

    Not Sensitive Enough

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

I've been using this every morning and night and so far haven't seen any useful results. It really burns when I first apply it which goes away after a few seconds. It has dried out the skin around my eyes and reddened the skin, irritating it. It makes my eyes water. I have very sensitive eyes so this may work for people who aren't as sensitive as I am.

Recommended by a dermatologist on the Dr. Oz show. A little goes a long way, be sure to use your ring finger when applying. It seems to be working. I don't use it every day as they recommend not to and even using it three to four times a week seems to be showing a difference.

I like this, I saw some lift in the first week. But it says you can use it 2x a day, I can't, I became raw. I'm using at night and it burns a bit, I'm not getting red or anything, but it's not especially comfortable for about a minute. However, I do like the results.

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

I have extremely sensitive skin and am usually hesitant to try any eye treatment, but I had heard great things about retinol. I'm glad I did because this product definitely minimizes fine lines with no irritation. It even lightened some sunspots I had under my eyes. I am going to try the full strength product now, since one of the advertised benefits of this version is that it can help you build up a tolerance in order to start using the stronger cream.

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

i dont know why all the bad reviews cuz i have extremely sensitive skin...im allergic to everything from a-z and this didnt irritate my skin at all.

i use it at nite on a clean face. i started with the eye area and then cheekbones(been looking crinkly there awhile) then wait 10 minutes to absorb and use a regular lotion on rest of face. i see improvement in that troublesome cheekbone area in days. last nite i used it around some lip lines and they looked better.

its a gel-cream formula and its the 1st eyecream i hve been able to tolerate in 10 years. i didnt buy the regular 1 cuz it contains copper which can irritate any skin type.

Comments about RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream, .5 fl oz:

I have sensitive skin, espeically on my face and delicate eye area. I am careful in using certain anti-aging products since I have had biurns in the past. I read the description of the product which made me feel this was safe for me. In addition, the few reviews ehich were available also made me thought I possibly have a retinol-TYPE product which is safe for me to use. I was indeed wrong!!! I was careful to try this on my cheek prior to using it on the extremely delicate under eye area. My skin turned dark red and it tingled to the poiunt where it almost burned. If I were to have used it as directed, I have a feeling it would not have been a good result. It's too bad because retinol and its sister products are supposed to be wonderful for turning back the clock in regards to wrinkles. Unfortunatley this si NOT something I can use. If your skin is as sensitive as mine, please be careful. I had used a regualr strength retinol by ROC, and I burnt my skin, nut this one is for sensitive skin, so I thought it was differnt. I believe they said in trials this was fine for for about 95% or so of those with sensitive skin, so I assume I am in the 5% who can not tolerate this product. I wish it could have been different. I do not receommend retinol products for anyone highly sensitive skin. I did not realize my skin was this sensitive...until now.
