Comments about Roex Lights Out, Tablets, 60 ea: I have insomnia, and without a sleep aid, I wake up multiple times in the night, and have trouble falling back to sleep. The result is I have trouble functioning the next day. I was taking Benedryl for years, but it would dry me out. My doc gave me a prescription for Ambien, but the list of possible side effects scared me. I stumbled on Roex Light's Out at the store. This product works great. The ingredients are natural, which is a bonus. It works pretty quickly too. Some days I do wake up groggy, but it is worth it for me if I get a good night's sleep. Displaying review 1
