I usually use the Smith's Rosebud Salve so I thought I would try this for a change. It does have a sweet perfumey scent which I am not crazy about but I found that the scent wears off *very* quickly. It has a pink/berry tint which I like as it's very natural. Otherwise it is quite similar to the Rosebud Salve. All in all I like this product -- the container is pretty and it's a nice change from the Rosebud Salve.

Well, I usually use the Strawberry version, but this caught my eye. It was worth a try. It smells and tastes like jam. Things I like--it leaves a sheer berry color, and it is glossy. It is stickier than the strawberry, and it smells VERY strongly...for me, it is too strong--and there is floral (the rose) mixed with the fruit (berry) which, to me, makes it too perfumey. However, if you like a strong flavor to your lip balm (think Cherry Chapstick), this is good, and it does moisturize.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

I'm not too sure why people complained about the smell. It doesn't smell nasty at all. I think it smells good - like berries! It moisturizes very well. It's a bit too shiny for my tastes but it doesn't bother me too much. It keeps my lips moisturized when I put a little under my lipstick. It feels wonderful. My lips are so soft after.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

This is a great lip balm, but it has a strong fragrance that might turn people off. Superb moisturizing and nice gloss. I recommend, but if you are someone sensitive to fragrance, this might not be for you. My favorite Rosebud balm is the Minted Rose. It has the best color, moisturizing and fragrance.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

I love the Rosebud lip balms, but cannot use this particular one because the smell is so horrible. I cannot put into words the way it smells. I would not recommend this product to anyone if a pleasant smelling lip balm is important to you, because it GREATLY falls short. Very disappointed.

I love this lip balm! The color is slight, just a boost of natural color. There is a slight sent, but I think it is nice and it does fade quickly. Try this, you will not be sorry!

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

This is the first Rosebud product I've tried and purchased this one because the regular and miinted salves were on backorder. I've had a hard time with lip balm products lately because I've seemed to have developed an allergy to some ingredient, but I've been able to use this without issue. I also wanted a balm that cosmetically could stand on its own - gloss plus tint. This is a spectacular product! This does provide a subtle gloss; if you prefer something that is more emollient and less slick, this is perfect. Even after the gloss wears away, my lips are still soft and moist. It does have a 'different' smell - sort of floral/fruity - but it's not unpleasant and it's not that strong. You also get a lot of product for the price - the tin is about twice as big as expected. I'm not only recommending this to friends, I'm buying it for them!

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

I REALLY love this lip balm. I'm very picky about what I put on my lips so I was a little concerned about the smell people were talking about, but this is great stuff. The smell is just fine, not too strong. The finish is great, not sticky at all. And I have dark lips so its hard to find something that has just very little color, but this is very natural with a hint of color. And it was larger than what I expected....always a plus! You don't have to worry about getting the lid to screw on because it just pops on and off...very convenent!

This is the only Rosebud balm / gloss that I don't absolutely love, and I've tried every variety. The problem is the smell . . . it's sickening!

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

I, for one, love the smell. It reminds me of a Tinkerbell lip gloss my mother used to buy me as a little girl with it sweet, fruity fragrance;.

Colour is a gorgeous sheer pink raspberry that is highly moisturizing and glossy without the stickiness. I am a lip balm/gloss fanatic and I realised there was a point where I would have to give up my Bonne Bell's for something more adult/more moisturizing and this is the product!

Great price, great product, cute packaging. Buy two or three at a time to keep in different places so you never run out!
