I usually use the Smith's Rosebud Salve so I thought I would try this for a change. It does have a sweet perfumey scent which I am not crazy about but I found that the scent wears off *very* quickly. It has a pink/berry tint which I like as it's very natural. Otherwise it is quite similar to the Rosebud Salve. All in all I like this product -- the container is pretty and it's a nice change from the Rosebud Salve.

Well, I usually use the Strawberry version, but this caught my eye. It was worth a try. It smells and tastes like jam. Things I like--it leaves a sheer berry color, and it is glossy. It is stickier than the strawberry, and it smells VERY strongly...for me, it is too strong--and there is floral (the rose) mixed with the fruit (berry) which, to me, makes it too perfumey. However, if you like a strong flavor to your lip balm (think Cherry Chapstick), this is good, and it does moisturize.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

As a family, we have used Rosebud salve for years. It is for better than lip balms in tubes and, is so pleasant to the taste.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

I love the rosebud salve and the strawberry salve, but i was a little disappointed with the brambleberry salve. The color is very pretty, it's very hydrating, and works just as well as the other salves. The only thing I did not like about it, however, was the smell. It's so potent it gives me a headache sometimes. I dont think it smells good at all... other than that, it works wonderful! If you are sensative to anything strong smelling, like perfume or scented candles, I wouldn't suggest buying this product.

Comments about Rosebud Perfume Co. Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm, .8 oz:

Ok call me corny, but I could LOVE this product on the packaging alone, fortunately I also love the product itself. Glossy, moisturing and a hint of color. Great as gloss over lipstick or under, can be played up too by lining your lips before applying. And the smell is just pure nostalgia!! For those real girly, girly types, this is the perfect addition to your cosmetic bags and vanity tops. Love this!!
