Hot Tea: By the cup-Use one tea bag for each cup of tea. Allow fresh cold water to come to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for one minute. Pour water over tea bag and steep 2-3 minutes. By the pot-Rinse teapot with hot water to warm pot before preparing tea, and follow 'by the cup" instructions. Iced Tea: Place four tea bags in a teapot. Add one quart (4 cups) of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Pour into ice filled glasses. Serve with orange or lemon and sweetener if desired.
