Best Uses Comments about Sally Hansen Clean Cut - Classic Nail Clipper, 1 ea: I paid less than $2 for these, so I guess that should be an indication of quality. These clippers are impossible to use. It is difficult to get the clipper positioned to clip my nails, and I when I try to clip, nothing happens. So I reposition and try again. When I can finally actually clip nail, it's more of a chewing and bending than a clipping. These will go in my tackle box. Maybe they can clip excessive line after tying knots.  Pros
