I've been using this product for 20 years to lighten unwanted facial hair. It's a product I trust. The results are consistent. 2 minor complains: 1)the bleach container no longer has a foil "quality seal" that you have to break through when you first open it. I've thus opened it and found the bleach discolored and dried out because of this and had to return it. I don't know why the company would skimp on something so important. 2)the little "tray" provided to mix the activator with the bleach has no rim around the edge, making it a little more difficult to mix. they used to provide a handy little tray that had a rim; I wish I had saved one!

This does not work at all on my facial hair. I followed the directions, even left it on longer than the recommended time frame and my fine dark facial hair still looked the same. The only reason I bought it was because I couldn't find my usual product at the drug store, Jolen creme bleach. Jolen works 100% of the time every time.

It works, maybe a little too well. I used it as the hair above my lip grows in dark. Yes, I'm female, so yes it makes me self conscious. This bleached out the hair great. But then it was pretty blond. So I still felt it was noticeable, but not nearly as much.

I made a mistake and used peroxide to clean an acne area on my face and it bleached the hair there. No more needing to buy expensive kits, just pop for a bottle of plain peroxide and save your cash for something else!

First, it worked well for a while. But now, after 7-8 uses, it just doesn't bleach my upper lip zone. Also, sometimes I got blisters, but they were not painful.

This product is swift and effective bleach. I've been using it for a few years and haven't had any problems, even with my very sensitive skin. However, you do need to read and follow the directions, and pay close attention to how long you have it on- as it is a chemical that can easily irritate your skin if left on longer than necessary.

Unfortunately, I got blisters when I used this on my upper lip for only a few minutes. Oh well, guess I'll have to try waxing, which is way more expensive.

This product is great! I've been using it for two years now and it has always satisfied me. It helps for quick fixes on you upper lip or wherever you need it. If you can't make a run for a wax or don't like waxing at all, this is what you want.
