This truly is the only product that has worked to help me break a 35 year habit. It strengthens my nails overnight it seems deterring me from biting and has allowed me to finally have pretty hands! I wound up buying a few rings just so I could show off my natural beautiful nails. The only negative is that you must reapply every few days and that requires a polish removal too. Some maintenance but the results are worth it!

This works better than Nailtiques and Nail tek or anything else I ever used. I was a nail biter all my life and this is what helped me grow my nails FINALLY (this and some self control). I have gotten bottles as gifts for people who have thin or weak nails or are nail biters. Even when I have an occasional chomp-fest on my fingers again, I know I can grow them back quickly with this polish.
