I have deep-set eyes which means dark shadows. I see a 100 % difference. After using for a month, I ordered another one.

I have very dark lids and a fair complexion, so without a base my shadow is barely visible and doesn't really show up its color. Also, it tends to disappear by the end of the day. With the base, the shadow stays on all day and is much more visible (by that, I mean it actually appears its color). Sometimes after a long hot day, I'll notice that it did crease a bit, but its not a major problem. I find even then, I can re-blend it. I definitely recommend it!

They only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because if I wear it alone, it creases. But I think that's because I have oily eyelids.

The color is great - goes well with your skin tone, and it's not a thin,greasy formula like others I've tried. My eyeshadow stays right on it (you want to let it set a minute before applying your shadow). When I ran out & couldn't find it at any local drugstores,I HATED being without it! So glad I found it at drugstore.com!
