First off, I'm not a pro at makeup application. I don't contour my cheekbones, wear bronzer, nor highlight the bridge of my nose or wherever you're supposed to wear highlighter. All of that is too complicated for me. I wear light foundation, sometimes eye makeup (on days I'm not too lazy), and tap on a little bit of this blush on the apples of my cheeks for color. Because I don't apply a lot, it doesn't appear cakey on my cheeks. I don't know how it'd look if I were to apply more. And though there is sparkle when you look at the pan, I don't notice sparkle on my cheeks. Overall, I like this. The pan is nice and big so it fits my blush brush. I am a light-med beige with yellow undertones. This blush is a natural pink with some peach in it. I think it'd be color-friendly to lots of skin tones.
Tips Apply a bit of powder blush to the temples as well as cheeks for a balanced and polished look. For best results, use a big powder brush to apply blush to the cheeks. It will blend on the perfect amount of color to the right area, creating the most natural-looking flush. Stay away from small blush brushes that only streak on color and require too much blending.
