If stinging, burning or irritation occurs, cease use immediately and remove product from skin. Rinse area thoroughly. Do not use on sensitive areas of the skin including breast nipples, perianal or vaginal/genital areas, on cut, irritated, inflamed, chapped, sunburned skin, over moles or warts, or on recently tweezed or shaved areas.

I got this on sale and paid like $6 for it, but in this case I was sure getting what I paid for :-(. I used it on one small spot only (I have a birthmark that has very coarse hair growing out of it). It really does have a nice smell and it did work after leaving it on for about 5 minutes at first. But then with each use I noticed, that I needed to leave it on longer and longer to get the same effect. Eventually, it got very thick, so it is hard to get it out of that pump bottle and it is even harder to spread it (and I only have a tiny area! :-( ) So last couple of times I ended up leaving it on for 15-20 minutes (which is even more then they recommend) and it didn't work, at all... I had all the hair still there. And, of course, because I left it for so long I did get an irritation.

This product may smell good, but I'd rather have one that works. It is extremely messy and the small plastic spatula is little help. It simply doesn't work on post-menopausal facial hair as well as the Sally Hansen Brush-On Hair Remover which is becoming difficult to find. The product is thin, drips, and is impossible to apply to an adequate coverage depth. It needs to be thicker, more potent, and contain a better applicator.
Skin must be dry before application. Pump creme onto applicator and smooth a generous amount over area where hair is to be removed. Do not rub in. Wash hands immediately and thoroughly. Test a small area after 3 minutes by wiping away creme with a dampened tissue or cotton ball. If hair comes of easily, thoroughly remove with a moist tissue or dampened cotton ball. If hair does not remove easily, wait 2 more minutes and test again. Do not leave on longer than a total of 8 minutes. Do not allow hair remover to dry on your skin. Do not rub. Do not use soap. Pat dry. Wait 24 hours before reapplication. Wipe pump and clean applicator after each use.
