It's completely effective and easily removed my gross cuticles...twice. The blade is flimsy and completely fell out, leaving me with only a cuticle pusher. My recommendation is to fork out the extra money to get something that's going to last. Big disappointment.
Soak fingertips in warm water to soften cuticles. Use contoured pusher to ease back cuticles. Gently remove excess cuticles with V-shaped blade of trimmer.
