Best Uses Comments about Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Smooth & Strong Base Coat, .5 fl oz: I usually love Sally Hansen products, and I happened to get this much cheaper than it's in store price tag ([$]). This polish DOES smooth out your nails IF you can get it to apply. It is extremely thick, goes on goopy, and creates strings of polish when you lift the brush. I have tried polish thinner to no avail. All in all, there are MUCH better basecoats out there for less money. Pros Cons
