While it does a good job of cleansing, it in no was conditions hair like the other brand. Also, it left my hair extremely tangled and I had to use a spray-in detangler to get a comb through my hair. I used the whole bottle hoping that it would improve over time, but it was not the case. If you're out of the other brand and waiting on it to be shipped, then this could be a good backup. It was entirely unpleasant, and it took a lot of this horrible product to feel as though I had thoroughly saturated my hair. Used it twice and threw it away.

However, this is by far the most impressive hair product of any kind that I've tried in a very long time. It has a light clean smell, it goes on easily without feeling heavy or thick, and it rinses clean without residue. My hair is soft but not weighed down as a result. I've tried Ren and L'Oreal Evercreme and this blows them both away. This product is well worth the price. Also I have fairly thick wavy hair that falls below the shoulder, and 8 pumps was plenty for me.

Tossed out Bed Head, EverPure, Biolage, Redken, Marc Anthony and kept this. My fine thin hair is so full of body and shine and the style last. Thank you Salon Grafix!!

It rinsed clean.I put a bit in as a leave in conditioner. Its a very nice refreshing sent. It made me feel it was summer.Sent lasted about 2 days but wasnt strong enough to overpower perfume.

It leaves my hair feeling like straw and not very clean. I've used wen and other knockoffs and this is the worst. You'd be better off just cleansing your hair with another drugstore conditioner.

Won't buy again. I only give it 2 stars because of its natural ingredients, ok smell and good bottle dispenser. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to Wen this is not it.
