My family of 5 uses this product during the Fall and Winter. We take it as a preventative when school starts and the kids are exposed to more germs and viruses in school. If any of us starts to feel ill (rarely), we step up the dosage and illnesses are gone much quicker than if we hadn't taken Sambucol. If taken regularly, it works wonderfully. Best of all, it's a truly natural product!!!

I like this but they need to give you more for what you pay for it. It went too fast. The bottle is so tiny in comparison to the price for it. It tastes great and it does work though just wish there was more of it.

I have used the "real" elderberry for years to boost my immune system and relieve the symptoms of a cold. Not having the "real homemade stuff" I found this to be the next best thing! Great Stuff. Everyone should use it.

My children & I took a daily dose of this and vitamin D starting early October. The last week in October H1N1 went through my son's school. The school closed down for a few days, about 3/4 of the kids came down with H1N1 symptoms. My son stayed healthy. My husband who was not taking this got H1N1 and was sick for 4 days (no one else in the family got sick- Yay!). About a week later, My stepson had the same symptoms as my husband including a fever, I gave him a dose before we sent him back to his mom's and his mom said that the fever was gone in a few hours and he never got sicker. Works wonders for the asthma tickle in the lungs, coughs and sore throats. I keep some on hand for colds.

I teach, so I am exposed to illness frequently. If I start to get the sniffles, or a sore throat., I start taking the Sambucol. The majority of the time, if I take it for two or three days, I will stay healthy. I have had family members be very ill with a virus and take this 4 times per day and wake up feeling great the next day.
It contains NO drugs. I highly recommend it!

I bought this to boost my immune system. I had gotten a skin virus called mulloscum which is common for children because of their low immunity. First i did go to the dermatologist and had horrible and ineffective treatments to remove the bumps. I was very upset about the scars that the blister treatment left so I decided to try this instead. I took this product 3 times everyday for two weeks. I also took Epicor high-metabolite immunogens and echinacea/goldenseal everyday. This is week three, I don't see any mulloscum bumps!! Its amazing because this virus can take up to five years to clear on its own. I am going to buy some more of this and take it maybe once or twice a week since I've been known to have low immunity, I think it will help a lot.

Elderberry wraps it's self around the virus and kills it - sounds strange but it really works. You start taking this stuff at the on set of a cold or flu and you are better in a day or two in stead of a week.

The old formula tasted better - this one is too sweet.
