My friend recommended this product to me & it was the BEST buy i've ever made with mousse. I'm a product junkie & i love mousse so naturally i had to try it. Out of all the mousses i've ever used , this one really defined my curls while keeping frizz at bay & i really loved how my hair came out in the end. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with curly hair.

i have tried and tried to find another mousse that i like more than this but to no avail.(because it is hard to find) even expensive ones pale in comparison. it is dense, so you do need less. i usually find products for 'curly hair' don't work for me, but this one does. the perfect combo for my fine curly hair- paul mitchell leave in conditioner and this mousse. i only wish it came in a travel size. also, sometimes the nozzle seems to break. i've gotten some cans to work again but have had to throw some out that were only half used.

I could not use it.it was so sticky...I would try to scrunch my hair,but it be so gooey to the touch.I had to throw it out.I would not recommend it.Unsatisfied customer.Not Happy...

This mousse is awesome! I never thought that mousse could control my hair, but this stuff does work! It controls and defines my thick, curly hair, but it doesn't make my hair too crunchy or dried-out looking. Great execution for a great price.

I like this product but as someone said earlier in a comment, you only need a little of this product because it goes a long way. I have thin, dark brown hair almost black and if I use too much of this prod. it makes my curls look really wet, even if my hair is completely dry. Also it makes hair very stiff and crunchy. Overall though I think this is a good product, expecially for the price.

I not only use Samy as directed, after shampooing...but also between shampoos. If I need a lift, I just dampen my hair and add a "puff" of Samy, squeezing handfulls of hair against my scalpr - gorgeous large waves and loopy curls appear. I've never had my hair look so good - and sexy too!

This product is as good as any of the professional ones that I've tried at defining and holding curls. But - a little goes along way. If you use too much, it can definitely have the "crunchy" effect.

Great for boosting and defining curls. 4 stars instead of 5 because the formula becomes sticky after a couple of minutes out of the can. It doesn't make your hair sticky--just your hands.

After spending 24 years attempting to love my natural curly hair I have finally found a product that is perfect. It is perfect for two reasons; 1.) It is an alcohol free formula (as is the re-energizing potion) 2.) You do not need as much as you do with other mousses! That last point is especially important; you do NOT need nearly the amount of mousse as you would with other products. It's an A+++++!
