    I've been looking for a mascara that would work for me since I have tons of allergies that affect my eyes. Unfortunately this is not it! This stays wet on my lashes. It doesn't dry even after being on them all day. I guess I'll keep trying.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
