I was playing with them with her once and black mold squirted out with the water. I now clean them more often by soaking them in a bleach/water mix, filling them up, then squirting them out. It was very disconcerting because my daughter puts everything into her mouth right now, and I also didn't know what kind of chemicals (Not sure what the paint is made of?) would leach out into the water as well. I'm actually surprised these are a best seller! Pros
