This product contains Senna.  Read & follow directions carefully.  Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions & be harmful to your health.  Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.  Triphalax should not be used for longer than 7 days & is not intended for use in chronic constipation or intestinal obstruction.  Not for use by individuals taking licorice root or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte balance without prior advice from a health care practitioner.  Keep out of reach of children. 

Take 2-8 capsules at bedtime.  Dosage not to exceed 8 capsules twice daily.
