I love Starbucks mochas. I used to buy Starbucks mocha powder to make my own at home. Starbucks discontinued their mocha powder, so I needed a substitute. I have tried many other chocolate powders, and this one comes the closest. It is expensive, but worth it.

For each 8-ounce serving, mix 3 level tablespoons of powder with 2 tablespoons of water until a smooth paste is formed. Add 8 ounces hot or cold milk and stir until all the chocolate paste is dispersed. When making hot cocoa, do not allow the milk to boil. For a richer drink, feel free to use less milk.
