Life changing product for me. Helps calm my nerves and heart palpitations within 15-30 minutes. It has made a huge improvement in how I feel. It even seems to help a little with pms depression. At first I had to get used to two things. The magnesium makes you "go" more, but I'm back to normal after a month of use. The second as others have stated is the pill is very large but it has a slick coating and I find If I swish it around in my mouth a few times I have no problem getting it down. I would recommend it to anyone with heart palps and anxiety. Doctor approval of course:)

This is the second time I ordered it and I have to give away to a friend. It is a good deal, but I have to be really careful not to eat/take anything that has soy, which lots of things have. I forgot that this is soy-based and ordered it again. My advice-read the
ingredients carefully!

I love this product. I hate those big, chalky, hard-to-swallow calcium pills. The gel coating on these makes them easy to take, and they are actually smaller than some. Great value, too!

Despite being physically active (even lifting weights), the women in my family all suffer from bone loss. Both my regular doctor and my homeopath recommeded this precise combination of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. The pills are large, but I find that they go down easily with a glass of water.

If you need a calcium supplement for prevention of osteoporosis,
