It has made a huge improvement in how I feel. It even seems to help a little with pms depression. At first I had to get used to two things. The magnesium makes you "go" more, but I'm back to normal after a month of use. The second as others have stated is the pill is very large but it has a slick coating and I find If I swish it around in my mouth a few times I have no problem getting it down. It is a good deal, but I have to be really careful not to eat/take anything that has soy, which lots of things have. I forgot that this is soy-based and ordered it again. Both my regular doctor and my homeopath recommeded this precise combination of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D. The pills are large, but I find that they go down easily with a glass of water.
