I took it for a while to realise that each tablet is only 500 mg not 1,500 mg. It said 1,500 mg on the label but a smaller font down said per 3 gelcaps. I think this is very bad advertisement. And you make me underdose for a while. I think this is misleading to put 1500 mg on the bottle that has 500 mg tablets. In just a little over a month after I started using this, I am no longer in a knee brace, the stability in my knee has greatly improved and I am almost completely pain free. Since then, I've had nothing but good results. After trying a few different brands, I came across Schiff and don't plan on looking any further. This stuff really works and the price is right.
