I have had a "frozen shoulder" for some time, and mild knee problems. This Schiff joint supplement has brought a great deal of relief and function to my shoulder, and stopped my knee pains and clicking.

This is an effective product. However, like most of its kind, the tablets are large and harder to swallow than most pills.

These coated tablets made a small difference after about a month of taking them. Since I don't take glucosamine all year round (usually when my joints start to act up), I don't like products that take forever to start working. They DID work though after a while, hence the 2 stars. I looked elsewhere and found that Movexa works feakin awesome for me. It took a week to kick in and is produced in capsules rather than coated tablets, which apparently works better. So at the very least, if you've had the same problem, look for glucosamine in capsule form.

My knee has been hurting for about 4 months. I started back on Glucosamine and it is getting better. It takes a couple of weeks to get into your system.
