This is the stuff! It is easy to swallow and gives you the highest dose for your money. If a doctor recommends condroitin or MSG take it, but my trusted pharmasist recommended this and I've used it for six years with great results.
I used to spend longer getting tools and parts together before climbing a ladder than doing the job. If I had to climb a 20 ft. ladder more than twice in a row I could hardly climb a flight of stairs the next day. Now I can go up and down four times and not feel it that day or the next. Once I turned 40, I started noticing my knees were a bit stiffer and sorer with running. I started using this product, taking 2 tabs daily about 30 minutes before my run and the difference was noticable immediately. The next time I ordered, I tried the 1500 mg tabs with MSM by Schiff and I did not find the same result, but I was halfway through the bottle before I read the recommended dose on that product was 3 tabs. Once I started taking 3, I had the same results. I still prefer this formulation. I tried to encourage my elders to take it for arthritis, and they said they did not find the same relief, so my recommendation is to start it as soon as you start noticing the joint changes for possible prevention of worsening with age.
