This product really needs to list the actual nutritional information on Drugstore.com. I looked it up on their site: 115 mg Omega-3, and only 30 mg DHA. The product is advertised to be easy to swallow, and that's mostly because you're not getting very much of the nutrients the supplement says it provides. If you want to take a good amount of anything, you either need to take more smaller pills, or 1 bigger pill.

I dont eat read meat and lack the omega-3 that my body needs. The capsule is small and tasteless making it extremely easy to take. You only take one a day. I do not have any complaints about this product. I've also decided to take fish oil because I read that it promotes/aids in healthy hair growth. I do not know how effective it is because I also take biotin, collagen 1 & 3, vitamin E and GNC Womens multi vitamin but I have seen a significant change in my hair.

I've heard good things about Krill oil but have no way to know if it does what they say. I trust this brand and there are no cons that I can say at this time.

I have tried several Omega 3 and krill oil tablets and softgels and this one is the only one I will take now. It is small so easy to swallow, it has no fishy aftertaste and it is good for your heart. What else can you ask for? It may cost more than the others but you get what you pay for.

I love it!! I was taking fish oil 3x a day. My biggest complaint was they were too BIG. I asked my dr if it would be ok to take this instead...and I was told yes. I don't know how effective cause I just started taking them. But I love all the things they advertise. thx MegaRed!:D

I have started having trouble with the regular fish oil supplements coming back on me. Megared was recomended as not having the fishy aroma nor a fishy after taste. It does smell different than normal fish oid, but, I was after something to deal with the after taste, which it does for me!

I am not sure about the strength as I was taking 1000mg+ of fish oil and am using the 500mg.

I will see a Dr next week who will check.

It works out a little pricery than standard fish out, but, with no after taste I can deal with it.
