Unlike Glucosamine and Chondroitin, which never seemed to make much of a difference, I knew within the first three weeks that Move Free Advance relieved knee pain and swelling. VS Most Liked Negative Review abdominal cramps ! it made my knees feel better but gave me severe abdominal cramps. I would rather have pain in my knees than the cramps ! Comments about Schiff Move Free Advanced Plus 1500mg MSM, Tablets, 120 ea: This product requires a 2-week 'load' phase where you must take 3 tablets 2x daily w/food intake for max absorbtion. After that, you take 3 tablets 1x day w/food. I experienced stiffness in my hands, neck, elbows, knees, legs and feet upon rising for several weeks. I discovered this product and wanted to try it. Read that MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin can help with symptoms but this formula already blends the right levels without buying multiple products. Truly the following morning of taking this supplement, I had much better mobiilty upon rising from sleep. By the end of the week, I was pain free when rising and throughout the day! My biggest challenge is taking multiple pills regularly - I take a multi, fish oil, coq10, ala, b12 -- so this was 'more pills' -- however the benefits are noticable and well worth taking it! Don't miss too many days or you'll have to do the load phase again. Remember to take w/food as directed and you'll avoid cramps. Truly, this is a 'cure' for my osteoarthritis!  Pros

The only difference between the Red and the Green is the MSM. Triple Strength compared to what? You can buy the Green and save money as you get 120 tablets compared to 80.
