I have bilateral chondromalacia in my knees which becomes inflamed when I do a lot of stair-climbing. After returning from an 8 day mission trip, where I was going up and down nearly 400 steps a day, I could barely walk. Three weeks after my return, despite a complete cessation of exercise, I still could not take a single step without severe pain in both knees.

I bought Schiff Move Free Advanced Triple Strength and began the regimen on March 26th. I was very lucky - I felt relief in less than 24 hours. Within 4 days, my right knee was pain free and the pain in my left knee was fairly minimal. After a week, I was pain free in both knees except when I was going up or down stairs which meant back to normal for me. This medication was a MIRACLE for me.

I did exactly what I should not have done -- I bought it and THEN googled it. Some of the online reviews I read scared me to death -- sounds like some people have extreme reactions to this stuff, with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or increased joint pain. Luckily, I didn't see any of that until I had been taking the medication for a few days...at that point, I knew it worked for me and continued to take it, although the reviews did explain the gas pain I had for the first few days. For me, that mostly went away after 2-3 days.

I am not a fan of unnecessary pills, so after completing the two week loading period (where you take 2 pills twice a day with meals), I opted to stop taking it completely when I was supposed to decrease the dosage to 2 pills once a day just to see how I would do. My last dose was a couple of days ago, and so far so good. But I am keeping the bottle!

Someone told me she and her husband took Move-Free and they saw a big difference in pain levels in a week. I've taken almost the whole bottle of this as directed and I don't see much difference. Maybe I have a different source of pain. I can't say it doesn't work, only that it doesn't seem to do much for me.

I've been using this product for 5 years and love it. I have super bad knees and work in a profession that requires stairs and lots of walking. Move Free helps ease joint discomfort, increases my range of mobility and helps to avoid excess joint inflamation

The estrogen blockers prescribed after breast cancer cause constant joint pain - this product stops it! Hard to believe how well it works.

I take Move Free every day
I can walk and don't hurt, I went a week with out it cause I couldn't get to a store, and I was getting where I couldn't hardly walk again.
I haven't found any thing bad about it
