I've been concerned for quite awhile that, having used anti-biotics several times over the past few years, I might not have enough "good bacteria", i.e. "pro-biotics" in my gut.

A friend recommended this product. The first couple of weeks I kinda had a queasy stomach. I think that's because the pro-biotics were repairing the damage done by the anti-biotics. I feel just fine this third week and my system is working much better. I've just ordered more of this product, as I shall continue to use it.

I highly recommend this suppliment for both men and women. This is my favorite brand, I have tried others in capsule or other tablet form BECAUSE I do not like the shape of this tablet. It is worth noting that it is a "squared off" circle and sometimes difficult to swallow although it is very small. (you can see them in the bottle picture)
