I have been on a search for a sponge that would air dry quickly, thus cut down on moldy, mildew odors. After trying what was every brand out there, including expensive ones from specialty stores, I found these. They are great!! I cut mine in half so each becomes two sponges. They work well and dry quickly. I will not use the ones with a scrub side essentially painted one because I am not okay with painted sponge surfaces falling off and onto things I eat with.
I purchased 2 packages of these Scrub pads to qualify for a free mail-in reusable tote bag. I now wish i had purchased the sponges that have the scrub pad attached to sponge. These scrub pad very easily lose the natural fibers when in use. it leaves a mess wherever you use it. it's not worth the money! The pads are too thin. would never buy again!
