First of all, the non-extended brush is 19". At maximum extension, the brush is 27" total, not 3 feet. The handle length CAN be locked and at any length of choice. break too easily. used it approx. three times and it broke. i bought TWO bags of refill..ugh....will DEFINATELY not buy again!!

This works real good for me to clean the shower and bath. The leverage and extension is real nice. In fact it is so difficult for me to bend over at this point that I could not clean the bath tub without this tool. It is not 100% but it sure is a lot better then not having anything at all or using just the hand pad and sponge. As they teach us in grade school, leverage increases force. That increases our ability to be able to scrub.

Liked this scrubber; however, cannot find refills for this. It states that refills sold separately but cannot find it on this website.

Seemed like a great idea, but it didn't live up to expectations. I'm disabled and thought it would help make cleaning bathtub easier. Extension handle slips and WILL NOT stay extended. Angling the scrubber was difficult and clumsy.

I wish I could say I love this product, because it seems like such a good idea. But for me, the extension feature was always slipping so when I had it extended, it would collapse, and when it was shortened, it would slide in and out. Also, the cleaning head swivels back and forth. SOUNDS like a great idea, but what it means is that as soon as I take it away from the surface I am cleaning, it flops around and I spend a lot of time re-positioning it.
Too bad -- a good idea very poorly executed. I've gone back to using cleaning-solution treated sponges.

This is a great tool to have to clean the surface of my bathtub and tiles. It has an extendable handle which helps reach those hard to get to areas. It would be nice if drugstore.com carried the refillable scrub to this one.

This item is quite large. About 3 ft. long. If you are looking for something that big, go for it! I wasn't.
