I assumed that the "refills" in the name just meant that you used a new one each time and there were extras included in box. As I write this, the needed handle doesn't seem to be carried here and I've been unable to locate it in any of my local stores either. I wonder if this product line is being discontinued by the manufacturer? In any case, it would have been nice if it had been pointed out more clearly that this package doesn't include all the needed parts. It's useless to me and a complete waste of money, although if you already have the handle it might be a good deal. Attach the brush to the handle, scrub and you are done. Release the brush with the lever. No touch. No Mess. Even the kids can do it. So enjoy a cleaner bathroom with alot less hassle.
