I have very thick and straight long hair so I bought this elastics for THICK HAIR. but this didn't hold my hair so much and not enough elasticity. sometimes this elastic just broke even first time use. I don't recommend if you have real thick hair.

These hair ties are a must have for anyone with a full head of thick or curly hair. My local store doesn't carry them anymore and am very happy that I can still find them online.

The overpowering chemical smell on these bands is proving impossible to remove. I've already soaked them in vinegar, and then in Febreeze, but they still smell like chemicals -- and leave the smell in my hair! Big disappointment.

These are the only hair ties that work in my hair. Their jumbo size and thick elastic are key to restraining my thick hair in a ponytail without breaking, slipping or being too tight. They stopped carrying them at [...] so I've had to seek them out online! Thanks!
