One of the clips "teeth" broke within the first week of using this. Mind you, I only use it to put up my hair when I'm washing my face, it got very little use. It does stay put, but I feel like it doesn't really hold that much hair, which I don't have much of.

This is the only clip that I have used that actually stays in the place that you put it without pulling your hair out. The inside of the clip is lined with a type of rubber so the clip stays in place.

i have such long hair that i need two of these to keep my hair up. I love the new no-slip grip style in it, holds the hair even better than the other versions.

I bought these for my 12 y.o. daughter. She has VERY thick, long, straight hair with layers. She likes to pull her hair back when taking a test or for gym. She loves these clips because the regular plastic ones allow her hair to slip and fall out after time. She says these hold her hair until she takes them out. I have always had good results when using Scunci products.

The no slip grip is absolutely necessary, but this one falls short for really thick hair. I would recommend the Octopus style instead because it can hold much more hair and lays flat against your head.

These are the clips that are made of a higher quality plastic and better spring than the other 3 pack of clips sold here, which I'm also reviewing. I ordered both packages, and this is the difference I found between them.
