I have very sensitive skin so I am always looking for products that will cleanse effectively without irritating my skin. I bought the cleanser mostly because it claimed to be "soap-free." For most brands, this means no SLS, an ingredient that greatly bothers my skin. I got it home and was looking at the product information in the shower and noticed SLS was one of the top 5 ingredients. I was very disappointed, but hoped the product benefits would outweigh the issue. No such luck. After a few days my skin was red and flaky. It was my own fault, I should have looked more closely, but a product claiming to be for sensitive skin should also not contain something so irritating to so many people.
