Comments about Seche Restore Restoration Thinner, .5 fl oz: This product is perfect for restoring nail polish to its original consistency. I use it for other nail polish that is not made by Seche. It contains Toluene, a necessary ingredient for thinning any nail polish that contains Toluene. I use it to thin Seche top coat, which I also love. Displaying reviews 1-2
