I am taking serious medication that does not allow you to be in the sun, Impossible in SFlorida. I would sweat like a shower and the odor was strong. I knew I had showered and used deodorant so I tried Secret Clinical Strength and it works. Love it but have problems with the dispenser.

I've never had a problem with over sweating and smelling really bad but I'm just always paranoid. Especially since I shower at night and sometimes wake up in the morning smelling gross under my arms. This is a really good deodorant. I do run around a lot at work and with cheaper deodorants before and I would smell if I lifted my arm but now I still smell the deodorant as fresh as I did when I put it on. The smell is strong in a good way. I've never had a problem with the dial. It has 3 holes where the products squeezes out (not like a classic deodorant) and you have to watch carefully how much you turn it or too much will come out (which isn't the end of the world but you're wasting product).
It does come with little product, but at the same time you don't need that much.

This product works great. It drastically reduced wetness, and I will continue to purchase this same deodorant.
The packaging is fine. If you've used the gel deodorants, it's pretty similar to those ones.

I will NEVER buy this product again because I can't stand the fact of being cheated. I don't mind spending around $7 for a product that I like and works, but not when I open the box to find that there's hardly any deodorant inside! Also you have to turn the dial 6 times before it starts coming out.

FOR years I've been plagued by intense, heavy perspiration .All that was available was Certain Dri and if you even gently rolled on a "little' too much you'd develop a burning rash.Secret Clinical STOPS the perspiration so well that you can even raise your arms without having to worry about wetness. The product is the best.I've been looking for this since age 12 and now I'm 62.Better later than never! You must try it.

i would only buy this kind of deodorant and then the price went up and the product got smaller... you turn the dial liek 6 times before anyhting pops up to use and there isnt much to begin with... ripoff now i wont use it...

I've been trying every deodorant out there for sweat protection because I sweat alot! The scent for this deodorant is great! and the wetness protection is one of the best so far! The box does make it seem like your getting more then you get, but the amount I do get will last for at least two months.
