I bought this product on the recommendation of my eye doctor. He also told me that if one uses the get the red out kind of drops, they may work at first, but make it worse for your eyes later. I wear contacts and live in the desert, these have worked well for me. I even used them on my 8 year old grandson when he got dirt in his eye. I bought these drops because I have very sensitive eyes. I found them to be, ironically, the harshest I have ever used. Not only do they sting my eyes, they leave red marks down my face where it drips. Its literally like they burn my skin, and the redmarks stay for a while. I'd never seen these in the store but everyone's good reviews sold me on them - and I'm glad they did. The bottle is a lot larger than Visine's and the drops are even more soothing and gentle. I use daily, moist soft contacts and even those dry out on me. this product rewets them and brings them back to life. this is the only drop I will use from now on.
