I am a lifetime teeth clincher/grinder with receeding gum lines. I have PAINFULLY sensitive teeth, as there is basically no or soft enamel on the bottom of most of my teeth; forget the pain of cold drinks - it hurts for air to blow on them, seriously. I have tried EVERY toothpaste out there; to the point that I could write an article for Consumer Reports. Bottom line... THIS STUFF WORKS and it actually tastes like (or even better than) most regular toothpastes (refreshing mint flavor). I use the toothpaste every morning and night. It cleans so well that my hygienist told me she could hardly find any tarter/plaque. I also didn't have any cavities, which is amazing! The toothpaste does what it says! It protects your teeth! It doesn't hurt to brush my teeth, eat or drink anything, get a cleaning at the dentist, or for air to blow on them! If you have sensitive teeth, this is the BEST out there!
