Great item! It is NOT as pictured. The shield is not as high as pictured above. However, with a few workarounds, we got it right.
Our little guys was using a musical potty which was so distracting. The Potty Seat gives him a bit more independence and makes him seem more like a big boy

The seat pictured is the one I wanted because of the urine guard being tall and skinny. The one I received was short and wider--not a good set up for boys. I would love to find this seat pictured but no one seems to have it anymore.
I specifically called to ask if this was the correct seat (same as pictured) and the man told me it should be, but if not I could return it. I called b/c of the other review! I was hoping it was correct but ended up having to send it back. I hope this picture gets updated or even better that they will get this exact seat with the urnie guard that works for boys!

This seat (not the one pictured, but the one sent) is neither good for boys or girls. For girls, the attachment in the front is not removable and is painful for potty use. For boys, the attachment is too low to be of any real effectiveness in getting their urine to go into the toilet without further manipulation of their bodies.
