I was hesitant to try this product because I had never heard of the company. But, because of their "earth friendly" ingredients, I gave it a shot. I live in an area where we have hard water (lots of calcium) and, over the past 17 years, I've tried several well-known dishwasher detergents. They did a decent job, but none compare to the clean I get with this product. Everything comes out sparkling clean with no residue of any sort. Thanks for a great product! (I'm currently trying some of their other products, as well.)

Very disappointed in the quality of this product. It sticks in the dishwasher dispenser (not a problem I have with any other brand of tabs) and does not rinse fully off.

I was afraid I was going to have to start hand washing my dishes, my Princess House crystal looked terrible. Then on my daughter's recommendation I started using this dishwashing product, and after the first washing the dishes looked like new again. I am sold!
I actually prefer these dishwasher tabs over Cascade as these do not leave any detergent behind, no white spots, no water spots, etc. Plus I feel it is important to buy from ethical companies who consider the environmental impact they leave ... and I feel this company does.
I've tried the other Seventh Generation auto dish soaps, but they didn't seem to clean well - left a funny residue. These cubes do a great job - they are now the only kind I'll buy - very effective and good for the planet.

I used the babyganics dishwasher detergent for a while but it left a film on my glassware. I switched to Seventh Generation paks and have been pleased with the lack of film so far. I think it is a great balance of mild ingredients and good washing power.
Load Dishwasher - Make sure items can be safely washed in a dishwasher. Silver, aluminum and stainless steel should be washed in separate loads to avoid discoloration. Load items with the soiled surfaces facing the center and keep taller items away from the center of the bottom rack.
Add detergent - Use one pac per load. Do not unwrap or puncture pac. Do not handle pac with wet hands. Place pac in main dispenser cup and close immediately. Re-seal package after use and store in a dry place. For very hard water we recommend using our Rinse Aid.
