One caution is that they run small. My son has almost outgrown size 2 diapers and he is only about 13.5 pounds and is pretty skinny. He's never had a diaper rash or any irritation due to the diapers and he's been using these diapers since birth. I really like the super stretchy velcro-like tabs too; they allow the diapers to stay snug while also stretching to accommodate movement. We started with Size 1 (she was 9lb 4oz) and they worked great. Then on to Size 2 with great results UNTIL I bought a few packs of the "new and improved fit". What happened? Leaks every time. My D was sleeping up to 8 hours on Monday until I started with this new pack of SG Size 2's. She woke up four nights in a row with leaks. The new diapers are bigger and feel less soft. I don't think they absorb nearly as well. Change back PLEASE!!! Reviewed by 22 customers Sort by Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Pros

Comments about Seventh Generation Baby Free & Clear Diapers, Stage 2, 12-18 lbs: The best thing about these diapers is that they are green and they work great! We've never had a leak and I trust the company that they do not use the amount of plastics, etc that other diaper brands use. Pros

Comments about Seventh Generation Baby Free & Clear Diapers, Stage 2, 12-18 lbs: We are going to have to switch to a bigger size much earlier than 18 lbs with these diapers because the elastic leg holes seem too small for our baby. They often leak out the sides. I do like the neutral color. Pros Cons

I wish I would have known about them with my first two children. They are strong and fit well and rarely leak. IN fact, they leak less than the Pampers we used previously. We changed when our babies diagnosed "yeast infection" wouldn't go away and within 24 hours of using this diaper it was gone. We don't believe it was yeast, but the chemicals in the mainstream diapers that finally built up in his system. Try putting one of these clean diapers next to one of the others and you will be amazed if not appalled by the chemical smell of the others. It is so nice to know our baby is not taking all that in. I don't believe all those chemicals are necessary and am shocked we put them on our babies unnecessarily. I also love the nice clean beige color that doesn't show through my babies clothing. Comments about Seventh Generation Baby Free & Clear Diapers, Stage 2, 12-18 lbs: My baby is 14.5 lbs. and I have no problems with the fit, but it leaks. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, tried pulling it up more and tightening the tabs, but still it leaks. Today, I felt a very warm sensation on my leg as I was carrying my baby. Sure enough, he took a pee and it leaked out on the side of his leg onto my pants. I have two kids, only other diaper that gave me this problem- and I've tried a lot of different brands- were ones without elastic tabs, like Pampers Baby Dry and generic brands. This one has elastic tabs, yet it leaks. Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » ![]() |
