I really love having a safer, natural alternative to harsh bleach or Lysol for surfaces we touch all the time. The smell is a little strong, but it dissipates quickly and is much better than the Lysol smell!
The one thing I don't like is the spray nozzle is a "foam" sprayer and it all comes out in one spot on the surface you're spraying. I am going to try putting some of this into a better spray bottle to get a more even spray to cover more of a surface.

I absolutley LOVE this product. It is the only product I use in the bathroom. With 3 kids I feel totally safe using it and it does a great job cleaning.

My kids had the stomach bug twice in one month and this stuff saved me! I hate using bleach based cleaners because they smell awful and are dangerous. This stuff you can spray over every surface in the bathroom and you don't even have to wipe it up afterwards. My boyfrind likes the smell, but I don't love it. It is a million times better than bleach cleaner smell though. I am on my second bottle of this and will keep buying it.

I cannot say enough good things about this and the multi-purpose disinfecting cleaner by Seventh Generation. I have been using natural cleaners for years as chemical cleaners smell horrible and bother my lungs, not to mention the toxicity that enters your skin while cleaning and thereafter. With kids and illness, I was always concerned that natural cleaners not disinfect. This product is the perfect solution. I use this in my bathroom and the multi-purpose cleaner in my kitchen and everywhere else. The bathrooom cleaner has a directed foam spray, which is different from the diffused spray of the multi-purpose cleaner. Both products clean well and do not leave streaks on granite when wiped off with a paper towel -- a rare find. Best of all they are safe, non-toxic and I can feel good putting toothbrushes or food down on my counters after using this product. The smell is very nice and herbal. I see some other reviewers do not like the smell, but I think it is nice a MILLION times better than bleach, chemical or perfumey smells.

Yes, it has a strong herbal smell. To me, it smells like pizza sauce -- not what I usually associate with a clean bath or kitchen. But all cleaners smell and this doesn't give me headaches or feel "toxic" the way other bath cleaners do. It foams up when you spray and does a great job on tub/tile, bath sinks, mirrors, etc.

I ADORE this stuff. I personally like the smell very much, but it is very herbal. It smells like very concentrated thyme oil - those of you with herb gardens will recognize the scent.

I use it as a natural disenfectant for cutting boards after meat has been on them. I called 7th Gen and they told me it has been tested and is food safe for cleaning surfaces that will have food on them later. It's a great way to disinfect after chicken or anything like that. I spray it on and wash it off.

Also works nicely at cutting through greasy figerprints on the stainless steel fridge. I couldn't be happier with this stuff.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I like that you can spray it on the shower and not have to rinse per say. It will disinfect and can be used to clean. It does clean as well as any other shower cleaner I've used. I definately don't like the smell, but I'm not sure I "like" the smell or any cleaners. However, this is particularly bad as I don't perceive this scent to relate to fresh or clean.
