The only thing I minus a star because this is an heavy item. It is easy to break the bottle if the protection is not good enough during the transportation. I ordered one time and I believe the box was broken so Drugstore.com replaced automatically and shipped again, the new arrival still have a little bit leak from the bottle but I have an old bottle for the replacement, so I could still use it. Therefore, don't order in the last minute because it may take time on the delivery. This product is good and Drugstore's customer service is excellent, so I will keep on order this product.
For Best Results: Sort - Follow garment care label instructions. Pretreat - Pour directly on stained fabric. Rub gently. Allow to soak before washing. Measure - For both high efficiency and standard machines, fill to 1/4 cup line inside cap for medium loads. Use half cap for heavily soiled or larger loads. Pour - Pour into washer as it fills with water, then add laundry. Washing full loads helps conserve water.
