I love the idea of the Lemongrass and Clementine fragrance. Boy, was I ever in for a treat! Not only does this natural liquid soap smell clean and delightfully citrusy, but it really is a more effective grease-cutter than the brand name product that I have relied on for many years! The price, especially right now (January, 2011), is also a terrific deal. So, what's not to like? That's why I am going to order several more bottles of this item, while this special discount is still running. I like Seventh Generation for laundry detergent (one of the only phospate-free laundry detergents for HE machines) and they work great so I had high hopes for this. I should mention that we have no dishwasher so I handwash all my dishes, perhaps that's why I'm so picky. If you are spending more money for an eco-friendly dish soap it should at least work well. This did not work well at all and you have to use a lot to get any cleaning power. NOT the best bank for your eco-friendly buck; I recommend the PLANET brand dish soap instead. Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: This is a great cleaner, and Seventh Gen. is a reputable company with good changes always taking place for our planet's future. My only beef is that it contains sodium laurel sulfate. Maybe they'll find a replacement for that ingredient one day. Pros

Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: Great product for dishes or for handwashing. Smells great - natural, not artificial. Good for sensitive skin and being natural without chemicals or artificial ingredients, doesn't bother those with scent sensitivities. Very economical to use because a tiny amount goes a long way. The scent is citrusy without being overly strong. Pros

Best Uses Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: This was a fine dish liquid but I probably won't buy it again. It cleaned very well, but I prefer Caldrea and Williams Sonoma dish liquids. Both of those seem to be very concentrated, requiring just a few drops to provide a sudsy mass. I felt that the Seventh Generation needed much more product to get the right feel. I also prefer a stronger scent. This one was nice, but not very aromatic. I purchased Method as well, and will give that a try. (Note that I rarely have oily pans and platters, so I can't speak to the heavy grease cutting ability of this item. It did do very well on my melamine micro popcorn maker which gets a film of olive oil when used.) Pros

Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: It smells nice and also the quality. It's cheaper than the one I used before. In addition, it didn't dry my hands. Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: I really wanted to like this product, and when I first received it, it looked like there was no reason not to. It seemed to clean well and smell good and I was happy with the product. I bought an extra as backup, and now that I'm using that unit several months after the initial purchase, I find that both the effectiveness and the smell are materially weakened. I have to use a ton of product to clean a pan properly, and even then I feel like this leaves a film of grease...I'm debating whether to suffer through to the end of the bottle or just toss the thing. Comments about Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Lemongrass and Clementine Zest, 25 oz: I use this soap primarily in the kitchen. I like the smell and the fact that it is Earth friendly. I do feel that it is a little weak in the sudsy department, but I still like the product. Service and delivery comments: Quick as usual. Would recommend drugstore.com to everyone.
