I love the idea of the Lemongrass and Clementine fragrance. Boy, was I ever in for a treat! Not only does this natural liquid soap smell clean and delightfully citrusy, but it really is a more effective grease-cutter than the brand name product that I have relied on for many years! The price, especially right now (January, 2011), is also a terrific deal. So, what's not to like? That's why I am going to order several more bottles of this item, while this special discount is still running. I like Seventh Generation for laundry detergent (one of the only phospate-free laundry detergents for HE machines) and they work great so I had high hopes for this. I should mention that we have no dishwasher so I handwash all my dishes, perhaps that's why I'm so picky. If you are spending more money for an eco-friendly dish soap it should at least work well. This did not work well at all and you have to use a lot to get any cleaning power. NOT the best bank for your eco-friendly buck; I recommend the PLANET brand dish soap instead. The soap works so well on washing dishes that a co-worker went and bought some for her home. As soon as I run out of my current dish soap, I will be purchasing the Seventh Generation liquid dish soap! It lathers well, has no smell, and doesn't leave hands feeling slimy. Just fill up with 3/4 soap and 1/4 water in the pumps! My hubby loves it because it cleans his "shop dirty" hands and doesn't leave a heavy scent behind.
